Where am I located?

I am located in northern Iowa.

What techniques do you use to make sure the jam is shelf stable?

I make sure that all of my jams are heated when making them to the correct temps and canned at the right amount of time.

I wipe all my rims with a damp vinegar towel and wiped dry.

All of my ingredients are fresh from my garden or from local farms. I freeze immediately if I don’t use right away.

Can I place an order for pickup?
